On a notice of curiosity, the NCATE (National Council for the Accreditation for Teacher Education) requires lecturers to complete multicultural training prior to obtaining their instructing certificates. While this is extraordinarily good, how well does it work if it really works at all? In order for multicultural education to be successful, lecturers must be implementing it and the problem is; they aren’t. Furthermore, there have been accusations towards lecturers whom the scholars and some dad and mom really feel aren’t certified to show children based mostly on cultural backgrounds.
